此工具是什么（及不是什么）
This is a vector pixel art converter: every blocky pixel becomes a crisp <rect>, so the result stays sharp at any zoom. It does not trace photo outlines into smooth curves (true vectorization) — that needs a different, much heavier process. For logo-like or low-color art it produces clean, tiny SVGs; for photos it gives a stylized mosaic look.
