How to Use Image Blur

Gaussian vs. Strong blur
Gaussian is the natural choice for background depth-of-field effects and light privacy smoothing — edges stay soft and organic. Strong applies a heavier blur at the same slider position, which is quicker when you only need to scrub out detail that should not be readable at all, such as faces or serial numbers.
